Questions we get asked.

How do you work with clients?

Three ways, depending on what you need: as a project partner taking a product from research through to a shipped design system; as embedded designers augmenting your in-house team; or as a consulting partner on UX strategy and direction. Every engagement starts with a short scoping conversation to find the right fit.

Do you work with government and public-sector teams?

Yes — it's a large part of what we do. We've designed for the Parliament of India, India's energy-efficiency star-rating programme, and other public bodies, so we're used to strict access constraints, compliance requirements, and the realities of public-sector delivery. [If you're empanelled or support specific procurement routes, state it here.]

How do you handle confidentiality and data security?

We're an ISO 27001-certified studio and are glad to sign an NDA before any details are shared. Sensitive and internal projects are handled with access controls and need-to-know discipline from the first conversation onward.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope and complexity. [Insert your real ranges — e.g. a focused engagement runs X–Y weeks; a full enterprise platform or end-to-end transformation runs Z+ weeks.] We give you a realistic timeline during scoping, not an optimistic one.

How do we get started?

Tell us briefly what you're building and where it's stuck. We'll set up a call to understand the goals, agree the scope, and recommend the right way to work together — usually within [X] working days of you reaching out.
