Project Description

Unity Portal is a centralised centre and care-management platform for the Mom's Belief learning-centre network. It streamlines operations across centres with role-based access, child-record management, therapy planning, assessments, and parent communication — all in a single ecosystem.

Mom's Belief overview

Problem

As the network expanded, managing multiple centres, clinicians, children, and therapy programmes became increasingly complex — with disconnected records, manual approval workflows, hard-to-use administrative interfaces, and inefficient parent communication across the organisation.

  • Child records were disconnected across therapy programmes, with manual assessment and goal-approval workflows.
  • Centre and zonal management was difficult, and admin interfaces were data-heavy and hard to use.
  • Parent communication and lead management were inefficient, with an inconsistent experience across modules.

Solution

We designed a scalable, role-based platform that simplifies operational workflows while improving usability for administrators, clinicians, and managers.

  • Centralised centre and zone administration with role-based dashboards, controlled access, and a single source of truth for child records.
  • DP3 and REELS assessment modules, Individualised Plan management with reassessment, and automated goal approval with email notifications.
  • DLT-compliant SMS and OTP verification, Zoho CRM integration, and optimised navigation, forms, and workflows.

Design Process

A network that grows faster than its systems pays for it in small daily ways, a record retyped, an approval chased, a parent called back because the answer sat in someone else's file. We spent time with clinicians, centre managers and zonal teams tracing where those minutes went, and most went to moving information between places that should have shared it. So the first decision was a single source of truth for every child record, which is what lets a clinician open one screen instead of three before a session. Assessment and goal approval were the heaviest workflows, so DP3, REELS and individualised plans became guided sequences rather than long forms, with reassessment on the same path. Role based dashboards followed, because a clinician, a centre manager and a zonal head are answering different questions. The admin screens were data heavy by nature, so the work there was mostly restraint, deciding what to hide until asked. Parent communication came last and mattered most, designed to be routine rather than dependent on someone remembering.

The Result

Unity Portal transformed centre operations into one unified digital experience — improving operational efficiency, simplifying therapy and assessment workflows, enhancing clinician productivity, and streamlining parent communication through secure, role-based access. The result is a modern, scalable platform that lets teams focus on quality care while reducing administrative complexity.
