Project Description
Unity Portal is a centralised centre and care-management platform for the Mom's Belief learning-centre network. It streamlines operations across centres with role-based access, child-record management, therapy planning, assessments, and parent communication — all in a single ecosystem.
Problem
As the network expanded, managing multiple centres, clinicians, children, and therapy programmes became increasingly complex — with disconnected records, manual approval workflows, hard-to-use administrative interfaces, and inefficient parent communication across the organisation.
- Child records were disconnected across therapy programmes, with manual assessment and goal-approval workflows.
- Centre and zonal management was difficult, and admin interfaces were data-heavy and hard to use.
- Parent communication and lead management were inefficient, with an inconsistent experience across modules.

We designed a scalable, role-based platform that simplifies operational workflows while improving usability for administrators, clinicians, and managers.
