This privacy policy explains how Webority Technologies Private Limited handles personal data on webority.design, the website of our design studio. It tells you what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Introduction
This privacy policy is published as an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules made under it. It does not require any physical or digital signature.
webority.design is the website of the design studio operated by Webority Technologies Private Limited (referred to in this policy as Webority, we, us, or our). By using this website, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy and agree to the practices described in it.
We may revise this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the date shown at the top. Your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the revised policy. Throughout this policy we distinguish between personal information, which can identify you, and non-personal information, which cannot.
2. Our privacy statement
We collect data so that the website works well for you and so that we can respond when you reach out to us. Some of this data you give us directly, for example when you fill in a contact form. Other data is collected as you interact with the website, through cookies, usage records, and error reports.
Webority Technologies does not share your personal data with advertisers and does not sell it to third parties. Where we use data for analysis, we work with de-identified information wherever possible.

If you go on to engage Webority Technologies for a project, we may also collect the information needed to run that engagement, such as billing details, transaction records, and the contact details of people on your team. That information is handled under the agreement for the relevant project.

Webority Technologies holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2017 certifications, and is working towards CMMI Level 5 (pending verification).
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Where the law allows, any claim you may have in connection with a security incident is limited to the statutory remedies available under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We are not responsible for breaches caused by third parties, for losses arising from information you choose to share with third parties, or for events outside our reasonable control.
11. Your Webority account
Some Webority services let you sign in to an account. If you create an account, we keep a record of your sign-in details so that we can recognise you and keep your account secure. Where a service connects to a partner or third-party service, we will only share your information with that service with your consent.
12. Your representations
When you give us information, you confirm that it is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the right to share it. You agree that the information you provide does not breach any agreement, law, or order. If a claim arises because the information you gave us was inaccurate or you did not have the right to share it, you agree to indemnify us for that claim.
13. Children's privacy
This website and our services are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete it. 14. Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, for example to answer your enquiry or to deliver a service you asked for. We may keep it for longer where we need to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or enforce an agreement. How long we keep data depends on the type of information and why we hold it. Non-personal information may be kept for longer, as it does not identify you.

- Right to rectification: ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Right to erasure: ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances, also known as the right to be forgotten

- Right to object: object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to processing for direct marketing or for research and statistics
- Rights related to automated decision-making: not be subject to a decision based only on automated processing where it has a significant effect on you
- Right to withdraw consent: withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent
Legal basis for processing
We process personal data on one or more of these bases: your consent; the performance of a contract with you, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract; compliance with a legal obligation; and our legitimate interests, where these are not overridden by your rights.
International transfers
Where we transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area, we put appropriate safeguards in place. These include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, transfers to countries the European Commission has found to provide adequate protection, and, where appropriate, your explicit consent.

- Right to delete: request that we delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions
- Right to opt out of sale: Webority Technologies does not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you have the right to make this request
- Right to non-discrimination: receive equal service and pricing even when you exercise your privacy rights
In the past 12 months we may have collected the following categories of information:
- Identifiers, such as name, email, phone number, and IP address
- Commercial information, such as records of services
- Internet and network activity, such as how you interact with the website

Webority Technologies does not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties, and we do not exchange it for money.
