Sansad Cafeteria

Project Description
An ordering platform for the Parliament of India's cafeteria. Designed to feel calm under pressure, with strict access constraints baked into every screen.

Problem
Cafeteria ordering inside an environment where every interaction is constrained by access protocols, security clearance, and tight ordering windows scheduled around parliamentary sessions. Existing flows were fragmented between paper slips, intercom calls, and ad-hoc spreadsheets.

Design Process

An internal ordering platform deployed inside Sansad Bhawan that holds steady through high-traffic, time-pressured service windows.
