Project Description
A commission-free restaurant ordering and management platform that gives each restaurant its own branded app, web ordering, manager tools, and delivery dispatch in one place. We designed and built it end to end for FoodMe Global and its 400+ partner restaurants across Canada and the US.
Problem
Restaurants lose significant margin to third-party delivery apps, and they lose direct ownership of their customer relationships and data. Operations are fragmented across phone orders, disconnected tools, and external platforms, which makes it hard to control orders, keep customers, or grow direct revenue.

Solution
As FoodMe's technology partner, we designed and built the full platform end to end: a branded customer ordering app, a browser-based web ordering site, a manager app for back-of-house control, and a delivery dispatch layer, all unified under each restaurant's own brand.

Design Process
From discovery through delivery: research interviews, information architecture, wireframes, hi-fidelity UI, and developer handoff. Each gate was validated before the next began.

A live, commission-free restaurant platform. We delivered 100+ branded restaurant apps for FoodMe partners, helping restaurants grow direct revenue, own their brand, and cut their dependence on third-party apps. Across the platform: 400+ partner restaurants, 500K+ customers, and over 1M orders delivered.
